Who is PPO USA?
PPO USA offers access to dental, vision, and hearing PPO networks providing cost-saving options to third party administrators, insurance companies, consultants & brokers, self-insured employer groups, and Taft-Hartley Trust funds.  PPO USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (GEHA), which originally developed the Connection Dental® Network for the nearly 1 million federal employees and dependents enrolled in GEHA's health plan.  PPO USA markets the Connection Dental Network outside of the federal markets.
