They build relationships with clients by identifying trends in the dental network and member utilization through analyzing and investigating service and payment issues.  Rely on PPO USA Account Specialists to provide additional services to help you manage your employer groups.

PPO USA is committed to ensuring a smooth implementation.  A customized step-by-step process takes the client from beginning to end to make sure clients’ business needs and expectations are met.   Clients will be introduced to the implementation team members and review implementation requirements such as fee schedules, state filing requirements, and obtaining all necessary client contact information. 


Client Operations

PPO USA’s Client Operations team is available to answer member inquiries quickly from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., CST to assist client members in finding a local participating dentist, provider nominations, and directs members to the appropriate administrator for benefit-related questions. Dentist nominations and questions can also be sent securely via the Contact Us form or Nominate a Dentist form or by calling 877-277-6872.
