Account Management

A dedicated National Accounts Specialist is assigned to clients at implementation.  It is the responsibility of the Accounts Specialist to navigate clients through on going access of the network.  Our Accounts Specialists have several years of insurance industry experience with a focus on network leasing.  Whether it’s identifying trends in dental network utilization or analyzing a member claim, our tailored approach will support and allow you to grow your clientele and member base.

Additional services National Accounts Department performs:

  • Monthly updates of client specific network activity
  • Provides network specific information for State Filings
  • Coordinates Credentialing Audits
  • Participate in or Support Employer Group Health Fairs


PPO USA is committed to ensuring a smooth implementation for our clients and their groups.  A tailored step-by-step process takes the client from contracting to go-live to make sure clients’ business needs and expectations are met.   Clients will be introduced to the implementation team members and review implementation requirements such as data transfer, state filing requirements, EOB and ID card standards, and obtaining all necessary client contact information.  


Client Operations

PPO USA’s National Accounts Support Specialists are available to answer member inquiries from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., CST. They assist members in finding a participating dentist, accept provider nominations, and direct members to the appropriate administrator for benefit-related questions. Dentist nominations and questions can also be sent securely via the Contact Us form or Nominate a Dentist form or by calling (877) 277-6872.
